近日，工信部發(fā)布《2023年5G工廠名錄》，經(jīng)主管部門推薦、專家團(tuán)隊評審、工信部核定，我公司“龍合智能5G+智慧工廠”項目成功入選該名錄。此次全國共300個項目入選該名錄，其中福建省6個，我司為龍巖市唯一入選項目。

將企業(yè)建設(shè)成為“數(shù)字化工廠”，是公司創(chuàng)立之初既定的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。近年來公司始終秉持這個目標(biāo)，采取“立足實際、急用先行、分步實施”的方法，先后引進(jìn)了具有數(shù)字化、智能化功能的下料、機(jī)加、焊接等設(shè)備，導(dǎo)入了CPC智能生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)以及ERP資源管理、PLM產(chǎn)品全生命周期管理、OA辦公管理等軟件系統(tǒng)、MES生產(chǎn)制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)以及5G+AV/VR遠(yuǎn)程管理系統(tǒng)、5G+能耗管理系統(tǒng)、5G+遠(yuǎn)程運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)等，并將這些軟、硬件系統(tǒng)結(jié)合5G信息技術(shù)融合應(yīng)用，搭建公司全面集成的5G+工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息化應(yīng)用平臺，形成“龍合智能5G+智慧工廠”，實現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)快速布署及信息全面共享，提升公司整體管理水平，借助先進(jìn)信息平臺，加強(qiáng)過程管理，全面提升業(yè)務(wù)處理效率；建立涵蓋市場銷售、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、物資采購、生產(chǎn)管理、質(zhì)量控制、財務(wù)核算等核心業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同系統(tǒng)，提高業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同效率，實現(xiàn)內(nèi)部供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同，壓縮內(nèi)產(chǎn)供應(yīng)周期，快速響應(yīng)市場需求；優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)計劃編制、下達(dá)、反饋方式，適應(yīng)多品種、小批量的生產(chǎn)管理特點；借助先進(jìn)手段，強(qiáng)化生產(chǎn)過程信息采集、實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程可視化、透明化管理，公司先后獲得“國家兩化融合試點單位、e-works數(shù)字化企業(yè)網(wǎng)中國兩化融合杰出應(yīng)用獎、福建省智能制造試點示范企業(yè)、福建省數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)核心產(chǎn)業(yè)“瞪羚”創(chuàng)新企業(yè)、福建省第二批工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用標(biāo)桿企業(yè)”等榮譽(yù)。
