近日，龍合智能理化實驗室內部裝修完畢，衛(wèi)生、水電設施和相關儀器設備等全部規(guī)范配套到位，標志著歷時近三個多月的今年公司重點建設項目——理化實驗室新建擴建工程圓滿結束并投入使用。

目前實驗室已配備設備包含：關節(jié)臂三坐標、油液顆粒計數器、直讀光譜儀、萬能試驗機、金相拋磨一體機、高精度一體式顯微鏡、金相顯微鏡、維氏硬度計、洛氏硬度計、超聲波探傷儀、磁粉探傷儀、鹽霧試驗機、全自動振動失效機等含蓋了公司材料化學分析、力學性能、金相檢驗、形位公差、焊縫質量、油品清潔度以及表面處理等所需的綜合檢測功能。

公司理化實驗室投入使用后，將極大地改善公司原有理化實驗室面積相對狹小、檢測能力不足的狀況，在產品檢測檢驗、新產品研發(fā)、質量提升、品質改良、工藝改進以及促進科研團隊建設等方面將全面發(fā)揮作用，進一步增強公司發(fā)展競爭力！
