近日，龍合智能與龍巖學(xué)院合作共建的“福建省焊接質(zhì)量智能評估重點實驗室”（以下簡稱實驗室）順利通過福建省科技廳的驗收并獲得授牌。

“福建省焊接質(zhì)量智能評估重點實驗室”是由我公司牽頭與龍巖學(xué)院物理與機電工程學(xué)院合作共建的省級重點實驗室，旨在為我市乃至我省機械制造企業(yè)提供機械產(chǎn)品焊接內(nèi)在質(zhì)量管控所遇到的“痛點”問題，在超聲波無損檢測技術(shù)的研究與開發(fā)、紅外無損檢測技術(shù)研究與開發(fā)、質(zhì)量評估的圖像化與智能化等三大方向開展實用性、創(chuàng)新性研究和共性、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題攻關(guān)。經(jīng)過3年時間的建設(shè)，實驗室取得了豐碩的成果：先后承擔(dān)省廳級核準(zhǔn)立項科研項目8項；為包括福建易動力科技、龍巖暢豐汽車、龍巖衛(wèi)東新能源、龍凈環(huán)保、龍巖海德馨、廈門金龍旅游車等10余家企業(yè)提供包括焊接工藝診斷、焊接技術(shù)人才培訓(xùn)等無償技術(shù)服務(wù)，培養(yǎng)國際焊接技師1人、國際焊工32人；實驗室研究成果實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化轉(zhuǎn)化2項，即：金屬結(jié)構(gòu)焊縫超聲無損檢測系統(tǒng)和汽車懸掛點焊質(zhì)量監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)等。
