學(xué)習(xí)古田會(huì)議精神，不忘初心，砥礪前行!7月15日，龍合智能在上杭古田召開(kāi)高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)會(huì)議暨2023年發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃研討會(huì)，公司全體核心高管參加會(huì)議。

會(huì)上，與會(huì)人員首先觀看了紅色思想政治教育片《閃耀的軍魂》，之后董事長(zhǎng)楊靜做了《凝心聚力展望未來(lái)》的主題發(fā)言，強(qiáng)調(diào)公司下半年的戰(zhàn)斗號(hào)角已經(jīng)吹響，要實(shí)現(xiàn)彎道、借道超車(chē)、迎難而上、再創(chuàng)佳績(jī)!人類組織發(fā)展的全部歷史證明：世界上最有效率的組織是軍隊(duì)，世界現(xiàn)代企業(yè)100余年的管理實(shí)踐也證明，軍隊(duì)的管理思想和管理方法是企業(yè)最好的學(xué)習(xí)榜樣。

借著紅色文化的會(huì)議背景，我們共同回顧革命先烈為開(kāi)創(chuàng)革命道路浴血奮戰(zhàn)的歷史，反觀今天公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，我們的組織、龍合團(tuán)隊(duì)要如何發(fā)展強(qiáng)大，給與會(huì)的管理者提出了三點(diǎn)要求：

一、固本清源。與會(huì)的每一位管理者，都是公司核心領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子的一員、各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者、指揮官，要緊緊圍繞公司使命、核心價(jià)值觀與發(fā)展方向，全面貫徹執(zhí)行公司下達(dá)的各項(xiàng)政策、方針，整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)才能有序、健康地發(fā)展，各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)才能有條不紊地向前推動(dòng)；

二、求真務(wù)實(shí)!把虛功做實(shí)，緊緊圍繞能打仗、打勝仗這個(gè)核心，聚焦智能無(wú)人裝車(chē)業(yè)務(wù)，爭(zhēng)做智能無(wú)人裝卸搬運(yùn)的國(guó)際冠軍；

三、出發(fā)就是沖刺!要始終把解決問(wèn)題作為工作的重要使命，堅(jiān)持腦子里想著問(wèn)題，眼睛里盯著問(wèn)題，手里面抓著問(wèn)題，既要有解決重大問(wèn)題的勇氣，又要有具體的方式方法，上下同欲，打造一支政治過(guò)硬、思想過(guò)硬、能力過(guò)硬、管理過(guò)硬的“龍合鐵軍”。

圍繞公司發(fā)展歷程、戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、資源布局和管理提升等問(wèn)題，與會(huì)人員暢所欲言，共同分析智能制造市場(chǎng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，思考公司面臨的挑戰(zhàn)，認(rèn)真總結(jié)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)行中遇到的疑難點(diǎn)，并針對(duì)性的提出建設(shè)性意見(jiàn)，積極為公司戰(zhàn)略謀劃發(fā)展獻(xiàn)言獻(xiàn)策。

會(huì)后，與會(huì)人員一同參觀了古田會(huì)議舊址及主席園。

此次會(huì)議堅(jiān)定了公司的發(fā)展目標(biāo)和方向，讓與會(huì)人員更加增強(qiáng)信心，凝聚共識(shí)，強(qiáng)化“共同責(zé)任”意識(shí)和履職擔(dān)當(dāng)，上下齊心、團(tuán)結(jié)奮進(jìn)、群策群力，積極推進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)落地，共同創(chuàng)造龍合智能更加美好的明天。
