近日，致公黨福建省委會主委羅恩平率隊(duì)赴龍巖走訪黨員企業(yè)龍合智能裝備制造有限公司。致公黨省委會專職副主委吳棉國，龍巖市政協(xié)副主席、致公黨龍巖市委會主委張子平陪同調(diào)研。

羅恩平一行參觀龍合智能數(shù)字化黨建文化展廳，聽取了楊靜董事長關(guān)于公司發(fā)展歷程、技術(shù)研發(fā)、產(chǎn)線建設(shè)等情況匯報(bào)，并召開組織建設(shè)調(diào)研座談會。會上，張子平代表致公黨龍巖市委會匯報(bào)了近年來組織建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)、特色支部和“黨員之家”創(chuàng)建等方面亮點(diǎn)工作。與會同志圍繞深化政治理論學(xué)習(xí)、提升參政履職能力、加強(qiáng)基層組織建設(shè)等方面交流發(fā)言。

羅恩平認(rèn)真聽取匯報(bào)，充分肯定致公黨龍巖市委會近年來圍繞中心服務(wù)大局，發(fā)揮“僑”“?！眱?yōu)勢積極履職取得的成績表示肯定，并對龍巖市委會做好今后工作提出三點(diǎn)要求：一要牢牢把握政治方向，進(jìn)一步深入學(xué)習(xí)宣傳貫徹習(xí)近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想，落細(xì)落實(shí)中共中央和福建省委統(tǒng)戰(zhàn)工作會議精神，筑牢思想政治根基，堅(jiān)定不移做中國共產(chǎn)黨的好參謀、好幫手、好同事。二要緊扣時代目標(biāo)任務(wù)，提高班子成員的“五種能力”，深入實(shí)施“人才興黨”戰(zhàn)略，堅(jiān)持組織發(fā)展“三個為主”的基本方針，著力提升組織發(fā)展質(zhì)量，進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)代表人士隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，為參政履職、社會服務(wù)等工作提供堅(jiān)強(qiáng)有力的人才保障。三要注重強(qiáng)化自身建設(shè)，選準(zhǔn)基層組織帶頭人，結(jié)合“書香支部”創(chuàng)建和“黨員之家”建設(shè)，將基層組織分類培育創(chuàng)建為運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)有序、活力充沛、成效顯著、特色鮮明的品牌支部，進(jìn)一步彰顯新時代參政黨新面貌。
