龍合幻影系列-智能無(wú)人裝卸系統(tǒng)，是龍合智能全新研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的一款從車(chē)體兩邊的側(cè)方位進(jìn)行裝卸的智能化、無(wú)人化系統(tǒng)。這一系統(tǒng)打破了傳統(tǒng)的后端方向裝車(chē)模式，從車(chē)廂兩側(cè)同時(shí)進(jìn)行裝卸，成倍提高裝卸效率、替代人工降低生產(chǎn)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。通過(guò)幾次作業(yè)，在短短幾分鐘甚至幾十秒之內(nèi)完成整車(chē)裝卸，如同稍縱即逝的幻影在眨眼間解決裝車(chē)難題。目前，該智能無(wú)人裝卸系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成功應(yīng)用于中石化行業(yè)（共享）托盤(pán)類(lèi)垛裝貨物的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出貨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)中。

龍合幻影系列-智能無(wú)人裝卸系統(tǒng)，針對(duì)性解決了新興的飛翼車(chē)、側(cè)簾車(chē)、平板車(chē)、拖掛車(chē)(車(chē)廂側(cè)擋板或圍欄可以卸下的車(chē)型)及側(cè)開(kāi)門(mén)火車(chē)專(zhuān)列車(chē)廂等公路、鐵路運(yùn)輸車(chē)型進(jìn)行的裝卸作業(yè)難題。我司還針對(duì)車(chē)廂側(cè)位兩邊可開(kāi)閉的結(jié)構(gòu)功能特點(diǎn)，在客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)劃定的裝卸作業(yè)區(qū)域布設(shè)地面導(dǎo)軌，并在車(chē)廂正后側(cè)架設(shè)平行于地面導(dǎo)軌的輸送輥道和托盤(pán)回收裝置，以便側(cè)翼裝卸機(jī)器人組往返于輸送系統(tǒng)與貨車(chē)車(chē)廂之間。

此外，我司自主研發(fā)的軟件控制系統(tǒng)，能實(shí)時(shí)采集裝卸機(jī)器人及車(chē)廂的位置參數(shù)，精準(zhǔn)控制貨物碼放位置，保證智能無(wú)人裝卸作業(yè)的順利進(jìn)行。裝卸系統(tǒng)整體沿導(dǎo)軌往來(lái)穿梭于輸送輥道區(qū)和運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛之間，通過(guò)適配各類(lèi)自主研制的工業(yè)級(jí)機(jī)械手屬具（按不同的貨物類(lèi)型、有無(wú)托盤(pán)等信息選擇相對(duì)應(yīng)的作業(yè)器具，比如單雙組的貨叉組、推出器、推拉器、平夾等屬具），對(duì)需要搬運(yùn)出入庫(kù)的貨物進(jìn)行裝卸車(chē)作業(yè)。整套系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)有多組光電和超聲波障礙感應(yīng)裝置，能有效確保無(wú)人裝卸系統(tǒng)各部件動(dòng)作的合理性、準(zhǔn)確性和安全性。
