龍合幻影系列-智能無人裝卸系統(tǒng)，是龍合智能全新研發(fā)設(shè)計的一款從車體兩邊的側(cè)方位進(jìn)行裝卸的智能化、無人化系統(tǒng)。這一系統(tǒng)打破了傳統(tǒng)的后端方向裝車模式，從車廂兩側(cè)同時進(jìn)行裝卸，成倍提高裝卸效率、替代人工降低生產(chǎn)安全風(fēng)險。通過幾次作業(yè)，在短短幾分鐘甚至幾十秒之內(nèi)完成整車裝卸，如同稍縱即逝的幻影在眨眼間解決裝車難題。目前，該智能無人裝卸系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成功應(yīng)用于中石化行業(yè)（共享）托盤類垛裝貨物的倉儲出貨現(xiàn)場作業(yè)中。

龍合幻影系列-智能無人裝卸系統(tǒng)，針對性解決了新興的飛翼車、側(cè)簾車、平板車、拖掛車(車廂側(cè)擋板或圍欄可以卸下的車型)及側(cè)開門火車專列車廂等公路、鐵路運輸車型進(jìn)行的裝卸作業(yè)難題。我司還針對車廂側(cè)位兩邊可開閉的結(jié)構(gòu)功能特點，在客戶現(xiàn)場劃定特定的裝卸作業(yè)區(qū)域并布設(shè)地面導(dǎo)軌，并在車廂正后側(cè)架設(shè)平行于地面導(dǎo)軌的輸送輥道和托盤回收裝置，以便側(cè)翼裝卸機器人組往返于輸送系統(tǒng)與貨車車廂之間。

此外，我司自主研發(fā)的軟件控制系統(tǒng)，能實時采集裝卸機器人及車廂的位置參數(shù)，精準(zhǔn)控制貨物碼放位置，保證智能無人裝卸作業(yè)的順利進(jìn)行。裝卸系統(tǒng)整體沿導(dǎo)軌往來穿梭于輸送輥道區(qū)和運輸車輛之間，通過適配各類自主研制的工業(yè)級機械手屬具（按不同的貨物類型、有無托盤等信息選擇相對應(yīng)的作業(yè)器具，比如單雙組的貨叉組、推出器、推拉器、平夾等屬具），對需要搬運出入庫的貨物進(jìn)行裝卸車作業(yè)。整套系統(tǒng)設(shè)計有多組光電和超聲波障礙感應(yīng)裝置，能有效確保無人裝卸系統(tǒng)各部件動作的合理性、準(zhǔn)確性和安全性。
