A Letter to XCMG's Global Colleagues

Dear colleagues from all over the world:

2020年注定是不平凡的一年，一場世所罕見的新冠肺炎疫情來勢洶洶，防不勝防。

2020 is destined to be an “extraordinary” year. 

然而，令我非常感動(dòng)的是，徐工的全球員工、客戶、經(jīng)銷商一聲令下，迅速?zèng)_上戰(zhàn)場，為打贏這場攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)“疫”不遺余力，用實(shí)際行動(dòng)彰顯了責(zé)任與擔(dān)當(dāng)!我為我們高效、快速的響應(yīng)而感到驕傲和自豪!

Hard as it is for people to guard against the spread of COVID-19 epidemic, XCMG 's global employees, customers and dealers rushed to the “battlefield” at once, spared no effort to defeat the epidemic and to win this tough fight, demonstrated their responsibility with practical actions, which moved me deeply, and I’m proud of our efficient and fast response and actions.

疫情發(fā)生以后，我和公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)注勢態(tài)發(fā)展，時(shí)刻牽掛著全球員工們的安危。我們始終將每一位員工的“健康和安全”放在第一位，第一時(shí)間成立了疫情防控工作小組，全方位部署和落實(shí)疫情防控工作。

Since the outbreak, leaders of XCMG and I have paid close attention to the situation of the epidemic and have always been concerned about the safety of our employees around the world. Putting the health and safety of every employee in the first place, we immediately set up the Epidemic Prevention and Control Working Group to fully deploy and implement the epidemic prevention and control work.

在此，非常感謝每一位徐工人及其家人關(guān)鍵時(shí)期的理解支持和努力奉獻(xiàn)。

Please allow us to express our heartfelt thanks to all XCMG employees and your families for your understanding, support and dedication during this critical period.

目前，疫情在全球蔓延開來，令我十分擔(dān)憂，特別是廣大奮戰(zhàn)在一線將士們的身心健康。

The current global spread of the epidemic, especially the physical and mental health of our overseas staff fighting at the frontline, is always my priority concern.

在這場沒有硝煙的戰(zhàn)役中，徐工大家庭永遠(yuǎn)是你們堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的后盾，我們一起勇敢面對，共渡難關(guān)。我們將盡最大可能為大家提供幫助，讓全球員工感受到徐工的溫暖，我們永遠(yuǎn)是一家人。

In this fight, protected and supported by XCMG, such a strong family, we’ll stride ahead hand in hand to tide over the difficulties, we’ll go all out helping employees around the world, presenting homelike warmth to our colleagues, and we’ll always be a strong family.

現(xiàn)階段全球疫情防控異常艱巨，我們一定要保持高度的清醒、高度的重視，希望徐工全球各分子公司總經(jīng)理要密切關(guān)注疫情動(dòng)態(tài)，結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際，更加科學(xué)、更加精準(zhǔn)施策，方能取得最終勝利。

At present, the global epidemic prevention and control is extremely difficult, which requires us to keep a clear mind and attach great importance to it. I hope the General Managers of XCMG’s Overseas Companies pay close attention to the situation of the epidemic and implement policies more scientifically and accurately in combination with local conditions to achieve the final victory.

同時(shí)，希望全球員工們一定要加強(qiáng)自我防護(hù)意識，戴好口罩，盡量減少不必要外出，積極配合公司做好各項(xiàng)防疫工作。要樹立本質(zhì)健康的新健康理念，擁有健康的體魄體質(zhì)，擁有健康的心理心態(tài)，對自己對家庭對社會(huì)負(fù)責(zé)。

At the same time, I suggest that employees around the world strengthen your awareness of self-protection, wear masks, minimize unnecessary travel, and actively cooperate with the company to do all kinds of epidemic prevention work. We should establish a new concept of the “Total Health Program”, with a sound physical and psychological mentality, and be responsible for ourselves, our families, and our society.

此外，我們并肩作戰(zhàn)的全球同盟軍，現(xiàn)在也面臨著相同的困難。而他們比以往任何時(shí)候都需要我們，我們要幫助他們迅速的應(yīng)對危機(jī)，讓我們一起守望相助、共克時(shí)艱！

In addition, our global allies fighting side by side are facing the same difficulties. And they need us more than ever. We should help them deal with the crisis rapidly and efficiently. Let’s help each other and overcome the difficulties together!

2020年是徐工“珠峰登頂三步走” 戰(zhàn)略的首戰(zhàn)之年，一季度我們在全球市場有了一個(gè)很好的開局。

2020 is the first year of the “Three-Year Strategy towards the Top of Mount Everest”, we had a solid start in the global market in Q1. 

今年我們提出了國際化主戰(zhàn)略，所有的戰(zhàn)略都要為它服務(wù)。雖然現(xiàn)在遇到了前所未有的困難和挑戰(zhàn)，但徐工全球化、國際化目標(biāo)不會(huì)動(dòng)搖。

This year we put forward the main strategy of internationalization, which all strategies should serve. Although we have encountered unprecedented difficulties and challenges, XCMG's goal of internationalization will never waver. 

危中有機(jī)，機(jī)不可失。

Challenge and benefits coexist, opportunities and risks work side by side. 

我們有著全球最優(yōu)秀、最令人敬佩的鋼鐵般員工隊(duì)伍，越是困難越向前，我會(huì)和大家一起經(jīng)受住這個(gè)考驗(yàn)，要想勝出，我們要比往年付出更大的犧牲、更大的努力、更大的奉獻(xiàn)！

With the best and most admirable steel-like workforce in the world, we’ll face danger head on. And I will stand with you through this test. We’ll have to make greater sacrifices, greater efforts and greater dedication than ever to help XCMG achieve success!

No winter lasts forever, every spring is sure to follow. 

疫情是暫時(shí)的，事業(yè)還是要發(fā)展的。

The epidemic is temporary, while our career still needs to develop. 

“大考”當(dāng)前，我們有信念、有能力、有把握，奪取抗擊疫情和經(jīng)營發(fā)展“雙勝利”的信心不會(huì)改變，實(shí)現(xiàn)珠峰登頂?shù)哪繕?biāo)不會(huì)改變，成為世界一流企業(yè)、為人類創(chuàng)造美好生活的愿景不會(huì)改變！

Facing this huge test, we are confident and capable. The confidence to win the "double victory" in fighting the epidemic and in business development will not change; XCMG's NO.1 position in China's construction machinery industry and its goal of ascending to the Top of Mount Everest will not change, its vision of becoming a world-class enterprise and creating a better life for mankind will not change!
